Job Descriptions:
  • Manage customer relation administration effectively and efficiently
  • Create and manage tenant database
  • Filling documents or letter according to category
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Administration, preferably experience in Shopping Center
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office)
  • Have data analysis skill
  • Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta
