This position will handle projects located in Bali & Lombok, with work placement based in BSD City, South Tangerang.
Job Descriptions:
Develop architectural design plans and review design proposals prepared by consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements, design standards, and applicable regulations.
Produce detailed architectural drawings and ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, complete, and suitable for construction and approval processes.
Prepare drawings and documentation required for planning approvals, development permits, and project tender submissions.
Propose and define building systems, materials, and architectural specifications in line with design intent, budget, and constructability.
Coordinate and communicate design plans with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure alignment throughout the design and development process.
Min. 5 years of professional experience with a property developer or architectural consultant, preferably on housing or residential projects.
Experience in designing villas and resort developments will be a strong advantage.
Proficient in architectural and design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Capable of producing concept design schemes independently with minimal supervision.Solid understanding of architectural design principles and technical drawing standards.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and perform effectively under tight schedules and deadlines.
Responsible for selling unit of Residential (Landed and Shophouse) in Taman Banjar Wijaya area.
Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities.
Build strong network to ensure sales performance.
Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary.
Doing the call the market the product and services available to the customer.
Establishing corporate clients’ database by presenting company profiles to corporate contacts.
Achieve target sets by the company.
