Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-value, long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead all phases of the sales cycle, including the development of custom, complex advertising solutions and negotiation of favorable contract terms and media inventory.
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and provide regular, data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at client brands and major media/buying agencies (e.g., CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Agency Leads).
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, diagnosing their business challenges and designing integrated, data-informed advertising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Drive continuous revenue expansion within the existing client portfolio through proactive upselling and cross-selling of new products or platforms.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, competitive landscapes, emerging ad-tech, and changes in consumer behavior to position our offerings strategically.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Ad Operations teams to ensure sold campaigns are successfully implemented, exceed client expectations, and that client feedback informs future product development.

Job Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min. 7 years of proven sales experience in the advertising, media, ad-tech, or SaaS (media focus) industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Social Media platforms, and Data/DMP solutions.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
