Job Descriptions:

  • Gather data from various sources (reports from individual residential projects and SAP) and process it according to management requirements.
  • Provide necessary information and data in a precise and accurate manner.
  • Manage and archive all issued reports systematically and neatly to ensure they can be easily retrieved for future use.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare monthly reports, including stock unit reports, management reports, risk management reports, Land Acquisition and Permit reports, Estate Management reports, and other required documentation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Administration, or related major.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in partner relations, tenant relations, sales & marketing.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and SAP (advantage).
  • English Language Proficiency.
  • Presentation Skills, good communication skills, and Analytical Thinking Skills.
  • Willing to be placed BSD City.
