Tenant Relation Staff - Jakarta

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative agreement documents and others are neat and well-organized.
  • Ensure that the responsibilities and obligations of tenants are met.
  • Ensure that events and other business plans run smoothly to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create a plan and budget for office and tenant needs.
  • Ensure office and tenant needs are met.
  • Able to work and coordinate with the team.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to lease agreements and cooperation agreements.

Safety Coordinator - BSD

Job Descriptions:
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations in the office building operations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across the premises.
  • Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with established HSE standards and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver HSE induction, safety training, and awareness sessions for employees and vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, safety permit records, and emergency response plans.
  • Lead and support emergency drills, safety campaigns, and HSE-related programs.
  • Investigate workplace incidents or near-misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure the building meets all statutory HSE requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to foster a safe working environment and promote safety culture.

Job Qualifications:
  • Min. Diploma degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in HSE function, preferably within office building, facilities management, or property management environment.
  • Have a valid HSE-related certification (e.g., K3 Umum / K3 Technician / Safety Officer / HSE Certification).
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, standards, and safety management practices.
  • Able to conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations independently.

Job Descriptions:
  • Planning, managing, and supervising the implementation of housekeeping operational activities.
  • Providing feedback on performance and matters related to the execution of cleaning and security tasks.
  • Reviewing daily and monthly work schedules of all vendors.
  • Evaluating the performance of cleaning service, pest control, and rubbish removal vendors on a regular basis.
  • Conducting inventory control and supervision of all housekeeping, security, and parking equipment and supplies.
  • Preparing budgeting and planning, controlling, and evaluating the Housekeeping Team, including handling SAP MM and FPB related to housekeeping, pest control, sanitation, waste coordination, building glass façade cleaning, work permit processing, and office equipment maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Min. 5 years of experience as General Services Head, General Affairs Manager, or Facility Management role in High-rise Building operations within Hospitality or Building Management field.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, security management, pest control, waste management, and general building maintenance.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, including performance evaluation and service quality monitoring.
  • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.

Sales & Account Management - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for processes such as RAB ToR, BOQ, and FS.
  • Create Memo PL (Direct Appointment).
  • Update & report sales activity.
  • Generate new customer & new sales opportunities.
  • Search and create project/end user, for selling Microsoft Azure Products & Solutions.
  • Meet, present, visit, negotiate, deal, and sell to new customers and/or existing customers is a must.
  • Find and manage new projects for selling the Microsoft Azure Product and Solutions.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer (project partner or end user) and all relevant divisions.
  • Responsible for selling by searching new accounts, developing and managing key accounts and end user, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
  • Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with internal or external stakeholder, technical team for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, project execution and payment collection.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related major.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales & Account Management.
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office & SAP).
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Strong sales portfolio in technology business.
  • Experienced in selling cloud is desirable, especially Azure is a huge plus.
  • Experienced with Sales pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Experienced with sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
