Job Descriptions :
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking referrals and social media
• Introduce and pitch all kind of property products to client to generate sales
• Administer and maintain customers/clients records in database
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and attend to clients’ queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Business Development and relevant departments to ensure plans and initiatives are well supported
• Prepare weekly to monthly report with sales progress execution and mitigation strategy, and initiate reviews for the report

Job Qualifications :
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in selling product / services
• Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google, Bing, Yahoo, all social media channels
• Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels


Civil Inspector - Residential BSD 2


Job Descriptions:

  • Check and calculate the progress of the construction periodically (weekly).
  • Check the work of the contractor to fit the implementation procedures.
  • Recheck the list of total items in detail.
  • Give a letter of reprimand QMC (Quality Monitoring Card) to the contractor executor of all the findings of the defect item, and oversee the progress of its construction to completion.
  • Accompanying the pre-hand over team to check the list and handover of consumers.
  • Attend every field coordination meeting with the section head and report on all work progress.


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Auto CAD).
  • Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material.
  • Having knowledge to make RAB.   
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.


Learning & Development Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Create Learning & People Development Program and evaluate the process.
  • Ensure that the learning program runs well and gets the results that are in line with expectation.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program.
  • Responsible for the training administration and report.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Research and recommend new training methods & material.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Any Major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources with strong passion for Learning & Development.
  • Have knowledge in Digital learning and knowledge management.
  • Having strong communication & interpersonal skill, with a strong passion to learn new things.

Security & Parking Coordinator - ITC BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and estimate costs for building security activities according to SOP.
  • Perform administrative checks (manpower, parking revenue, traffic, reports, invoices, etc.)
  • Collect data on all security & parking equipment (log sheet/checklist) in accordance with the agreed work contract
  • Evaluate and provide proposals for building security & parking systems development as a reference for improving operational activities

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Property Management
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Advanced knowledge in security devices, parking systems and controls, and emergency response
