Job Descriptions:

  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other party
  • Monitor and watch installment payment from exisiting customers

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from Any Major
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as Lease Staff in shopping center/retail industry

Human Capital Section Head


Job Description:

  • Handling Human Capital Function for end to end process in Balikpapan Region Project : Hotel Le Grandeur Balikpapan, Mall Balikpapan Baru, Balikpapan baru Residence, Grand City, etc.
  • Make sure all HC SOP and Procedure implemented as company regulation
  • Payroll payment process and report
  • Coordinate with HC Corporate for Process and reporting
  • As a HC Business partner, work and coordinate with all Project Manager; Help and Support for Operational Business  needs to achieving company goals and target

Job Requirement:

Civil Coordinator

Green Office Park 9

Job Descriptions :
  • Help the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of facility conditions, building facilities and infrastructure especially in the civil field. Including design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field
  • Make a work planning and building maintenance and development budget
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Supervise the work of the contractor or subcontractor in carrying out work request or fitting out in the field
  • Make a monthly report
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Civil Coordinator in office building/mall/high rise building
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Able to make building plans
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office, AutoCAD and another program related).

General Services Coordinator


Job Descriptions :
  • Supervise and coordinate the duties of parking, cleanliness, and security in Apartment Building
  • Provide evaluation for vendor (eg. Security, parking, cleaning services, pest control, landscape, rubbish removal)
  • Arrange work schedules for vendor
Job Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Building Management in office building, shopping center/retail industry
  • Having experiences in General Affairs or General Services area with hands-on managerial experience
