ME Engineer - Kota Wisata

Job Descriptions :

  • Supervise the implementation of the electricity and water network installation work from the aspects of procedures, quantity and quality of the Contractor's work.
  • Reviewing and evaluating working drawings and product specifications prepared by ME consultants, and publishing tender drawings and construction drawings,
  • Checking daily and or weekly reports regarding the activities of the Contractor for the progress of work, as the basis for invoices based on Contract Documents (SPK).
  • Coordinate with relevant agencies regarding the installation of KWH electricity meters and PDAM water meters.
  • Prepare the RAB and check the BQ of all ME systems in the project area and the scope of the house/shop unit.                     
  • Make a complete record of the equipment, labor and materials used in each job that is or may be an additional job.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Strong Current Electricity) / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer Company or Contractor.
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
  • Have a good knowledge in ME (Mecanichal & Electrical).
  • Have a good knowledge to make Time Schedule Curve S and RAB.

Safety Coordinator - Thamrin Nine

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations in the office building operations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across the premises.
  • Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with established HSE standards and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver HSE induction, safety training, and awareness sessions for employees and vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, safety permit records, and emergency response plans.
  • Lead and support emergency drills, safety campaigns, and HSE-related programs.
  • Investigate workplace incidents or near-misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE function, preferably within office building, facilities management, or property management environment.
  • Possess valid HSE-related certification (e.g., K3 Umum / K3 Technician / Safety Officer / HSE Certification).
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, standards, and safety management practices.
  • Able to conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence safety behavior.
  • Proficient in report writing, documentation, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and general affairs operations.
  • Manage manpower planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring.
