Project Management Support Staff

Job Specifications:

  • Leads and provides project management support, financial administration, compiling and reviewing metrics and the upgrade of software systems
  • Responsible for Monitoring the progress of Sinar Mas Land projects.
  • Works closely with project team/departments to identify and resolve concerns
  • Make sure the project progress run effectively, eficiently and aligned with company's goal
  • Evaluate and analyze the projects, including risk analysis, benefit and cost analysis
  • Periodically evaluate and monitor the poject progress to ensure its progress is on schedule and align with its milestone
  • Plan and coordinates special events, maintain and update the departmental website. Performs related responsibilities as required.

Account Manager

Job Description:
  • Giving consultation service and selling IT related services to customers and clients
  • Building and maintaining strong, long lasting customer relationship by leveraging on account plan, CRM Platform and quality service initiatives
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contract and agreements to maximize profits
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (Weekly activities, monthly progress and Quarterly forecast).
  • Maintain relation with clients and searching for prospective clients

Job Description:
  • Supervise and coordinate the duties of parking, cleanliness, and security in Apartment Building
  • Provide evaluation for vendor (eg. Security, parking, cleaning services, pest control, landscape, rubbish removal)
  • Arrange work schedules for vendor
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Management position for Apartment
  • Having experiences in General Affairs or General Services area with hands-on managerial experience
