Lease Staff - SML Plaza BSD

Job Description:
  • Coordinate the implementation of common area marketing strategies and promotional media to run according to applicable regulations.
  • Monitoring common areas and promotional media to run according to the agreement.
  • Making PPAC and PPMP (Persetujuan Penggunaan Area Counter dan Media Promosi) for exhibition needs.
  • Monitoring and controlling rental period of promotional media for payments are made on time.
  • Collecting data on the location of promotional media for slot availability data.
  • Preparation of Lease-related activity reports, such as exhibition realization and counter stock analysis.

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Management Major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Mall Casual Leasing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in market analysis, product, and promotion.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.


Accounting & Tax Staff

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide monthly tax reports 
  • Provide journal for every transaction
  • Create reports (financial report,  monthly cash flow, and tax) 
  • Proceed of SPT (monthly & yearly)
  • Provide daily reports (bank balances & deposit)
  • Prepare yearly budget including budget supplement (if any)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Tax, or related major

MEP Inspector


Job Descriptions:

  • Finish and check all MEP installation based on shop drawing, material approval, quality plan and master schedule before execution on site.
  • Manage the number of MEP defect in joint survey.
  • Manage timeliness of work on tenants for damages to total tenant complaints.
  • Manage the number of complaints.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in related major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related position (high rise project / apartment).
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Corporate Strategy Collaboration Analyst

Job Description:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate the potential property project acquisition/development.
  • Conduct research and market analysis related to new business opportunities, acquisitions and development.
  • Draft, refine and update business cases & financial models throughout the development process.
  • Draft any related transaction documents, such as: letter of intent, term sheet, MoU, SPA, and purchase or lease agreement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner’s working team to identify their needs and seek a full range of options and solutions.
  • Prepare internal and external development reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Engineering related fields.
  • 1-3 years experience in related areas as an individual contributor.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, or similar spreadsheet program is required. Experience with CAD and Scatch software is a plus.
  • High degree of initiative with an ability to seek out relevant information.
  • Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and take responsibility for moving tasks forward.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
