Lease Department Head

Job Descriptions:

  • Make a pre-sale activity approach with prospective tenants, rent and make tenant rental agreements in accordance with the SOP standard
  • Monitor and analyze budget guidelines, conversion rate and renewal information
  • Prepare and update SOP rules for rental fee
  • Monitor and benchmarking tenant data to improve competitiveness data
  • Make a strategy plan to related concept, layout, tenancy mix to improve occupancy rate
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing tenants, prospective tenants, and company as customers/tenants
  • Monitor, analyze, evaluation leasing activity (including a tenant rental and exhibition)

  • Make annual budget and program plans
  • Perform total supervision of all organizational functions
