Security & Parking Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

  • Make a plan of implementation activities and estimate building security and orderliness, and placement of the number of officers according to SOP.
  • Supervise, evaluate, control operational costs for the implementation of building security and orderliness, and regulate the flow of vehicles.
  • Develop, direct and control team / vendor security & parking at work.
  • Carry out administrative checks (man power, parking income, report traffic, invoice, etc), data collective of all security & parking tools (log sheet & check list) based on agreement letter.
  • Evaluating and providing proposals for the development of security, orderliness and building parking systems as a reference for improving operational activities.
  • Check all Security & Parking equipment that is used in a proper condition.
  • Check parking revenue, coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime in the parking system.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any majors.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Security & Parking.
  • Experience in leading Security & Parking Team (In-house/Outsource).
  • Have leadership skill.
  • Have knowledge of security and safety devices, trained in emergency situations.
  • Have knowledge of parking systems and controls.
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Able to coordinate with external parties (police, environment, related government).
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta area.

Lease Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Implement administration related to leasing and promotional media with tenants according to the applicable SOPs.
  • Distribute documents and letters according to the specified deadlines and to the correct recipients.
  • Create a tenant database.
  • Input employee overtime data and attendance for outsourced personnel.
  • Compile a summary of toll, fuel, and parking expenses.
  • Prepare and send reports in accordance with the specified quality and deadlines.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Any Major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as Lease Staff.
  • Good communication skills & English speaking are preferred.
  • Having a network with retail tenants.

General Services Coordinator - The Eleme..

Job Descriptions :

  • Plans, implements and supervises the implementation of operations (security, cleaning service, pest control, landscape, hygiene and rubbish removal, hereinafter referred to as general services work) running well.
  • Monitor and ensure vendors carry out work in accordance with RKB (Monthly Work Plan) and work contracts.
  • Provide suggestions or reviews on the work of vendor/outsourced employees (cleanliness, security, beauty and comfort) adjusted to the needs.
  • Periodically evaluate the performance of vendors (general services) in a timely and procedurally appropriate manner.
  • Conduct inventory and supervision of all equipment and supplies in the security, technician, pest control, landscape, housekeeping sections.
  • Prepare an annual budget, process building permit renewal, and analyze the stock of goods within the scope of general services.

Job Descriptions:

  • Propose business growth strategies related to new products or development of products sold under 3 year period.
  • Create a detailed business feasibility study of the strategy prepared including market analysis, technical analysis and financial analysis includes estimated schedules, suppliers information, sales/technical support and capex - if any.
  • Deal with external parties that benefit the Company, including cooperation with suppliers, principals, or product development.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related major.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in business development and feasibility studies.
