Job Descriptions:

  • Leads, trains and motivates a sales team  to achieve the targets.

Accounting & Tax Coordinator - Eastvara

Job Descriptions:

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant recording of financial transactions for the mall project in accordance with accounting standards (PSAK).
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Cash/Bank functions.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, tenant billing, service charges, sinking fund, and revenue sharing (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, and Procurement teams regarding tenant and vendor financial data.
  • Manage tax calculation, withholding, payment, and reporting (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), Corporate Income Tax, and VAT – input & output).
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing tax regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax returns.
  • Maintain proper accounting and tax documentation, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to accounting/tax staff at the project level (if applicable).
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Recommend improvements to accounting and tax processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Taxation / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably experienced in Property / Mall / Commercial Building / Real Estate; project-based accounting.
  • Experience handling tenant billing, service charges, and rental VAT (PPN) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of PSAK, particularly those relevant to the property sector.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Able to independently prepare financial statements and perform reconciliations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, complex formulas).
  • Familiar with accounting software / ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, Oracle, or similar).
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

Civil Inspector - Grand City Balikpapan

Job Description:
  • Supervise civil works carried out by contractors to comply with standard procedures.
  • Assist the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of consumers.
  • Handle problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
  • Recheck the list of total items in detail.
  • Make weekly report on contractor activities for the progress of work.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Architect - Bali & Lombok

This position will handle projects located in Bali & Lombok, with work placement based in BSD City, South Tangerang.

Job Descriptions:
  • Develop architectural design plans and review design proposals prepared by consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements, design standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings and ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, complete, and suitable for construction and approval processes.
  • Prepare drawings and documentation required for planning approvals, development permits, and project tender submissions.
  • Propose and define building systems, materials, and architectural specifications in line with design intent, budget, and constructability.
  • Coordinate and communicate design plans with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure alignment throughout the design and development process.
  • Ensure design solutions balance aesthetics, functionality, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and buildability.

Job Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience with a property developer or architectural consultant, preferably on housing or residential projects.
  • Experience in designing villas and resort developments will be a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in architectural and design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Capable of producing concept design schemes independently with minimal supervision.Solid understanding of architectural design principles and technical drawing standards.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and perform effectively under tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
