Product Synergy Staff - BSD

Job Description:
  • Create report on performance and activity.
  • Manage project listings and campaigns with aim of maximizing investment returns.
  • Work together with Marketing Communication team and SBU's to identify opportunities for new portfolio/ marketing channels.
  • Manage multiple marketing platforms and leads performance.
  • Create & manage innovation marketing displays/ POS, Marquette & integration systems as well as content at Sinar Mas Land marketing gallery.

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Management/Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with strong exposure in property technology, e-commerce, brand marketing, leads & performance marketing across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.


Warehouse Staff

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the administration of inventory records: type, code, quantity
  • Make warehouse reports accurately
  • Checking and reporting used goods to be auctioned
  • Counting items regularly (stock opname) to anticipate the risk of loss, theft, fire and obsolescence due to negligence
  • Check the loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse, participate in signing the letter of acceptance of materials and travel documents
Job Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Staff
  • Having an excellent understanding of Warehouse Management System
  • Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
  • Good communication and a hardworking nature.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.


Tenant Relation Staff - BSD 2

Job Descriptions:

  • Delivering information and official explanations from the manager to residents / tenants.
  • Carry out the handover and make the Handover Minutes (BAST) according to the applicable SOP.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with tenants and carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants.
  • Making WO (Work Order) offers according to the provisions and timely return of fit out deposits to residents / tenants.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in tenant relation field.
  • Good Communication skills, Negotiation skill, and Service excellent skill.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels. 
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.


SQ Support & Development Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement systems & tools used by Sinar Mas Land Customer Care
  • Up to date with developments in technology trends and best practice systems used in the Contact Center industry
  • Conduct training/socialization on the use of systems & tools to all Front Liners
  • Evaluate & monitor the performance of all systems & tools used in Customer Care

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management/Information Systems/Computer Science/Information Engineering major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of Customer Relationship or implementing Contact Center/Telephony Systems
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
