Job Descriptions:
  • Facilitate and maintain relationships between your organization and vendors/partners, negotiate contracts, create standards for the vendors, and find the best available vendors.
  • Responsible for procurement life-cycle and vendor management for IT.
  • Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a vendor review process and an ongoing vendor approval process.
  • Skilled in interpreting financial data and communicating the results effectively through reports.
  • Budget planning, monitoring, and operational management of the Corporate IT Administration.

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experienced with creating and monitoring budget, vendor, and supply management.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
