Job Description:
  • Input sales confirmation letter and update stock data
  • Preparing  sales NPV
  • Provide sales report (weekly & monthly)
  • Provide memo for the customer or other units
  • Provide recapitulation of closing fee
  • Filling  management
  • Provide documents and administration related to promotion activity

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Any Major
  • Good in administration dan computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Have a good time management
  • Understand the regulations of accounting & tax

Head of Sales & Promotion Department

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for sales (including promotion) and marketing, e.g: meet sales target and grow revenue potentials.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on multiple touchpoints. 
  • Formulate marketing strategies that include preparation of sales plans, product preference, pricing, payment systems, reward/commission for the sales/agent.
  • Coordinate and evaluate the activities of the brand image enhancement through any media placement and exhibitions.
  • Develop activities to establish business relations with the mass media and vendors related to promotion strategy.
  • Coordinate sales force in the approach process to existing & potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of revenue.
  • Ensure the availability of existing and update customer data banks.
  • Prepare operational sales & promotion budget and control the usage of budget effectively and efficiently.
  • Define and develop design concept of each project based on market demand and trend, e.g: Align with Technical Planning in working together with the design.
  • Compile and analyze operational reports of sales and promotion activities and achievement progress.
  • Maintain critical documents on a daily basis in accordance with established standards (if any).

Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major.
    • Minimum 10 years of working experience in promotion and sales area, preferably that of a property with 3 years experience in a similar position.
    • Willing to be placed in all Sinar Mas Land projects (DKI Jakarta and Tangerang).

    Sales - BSD City

    Job Descriptions :
    • Responsible for selling unit of Apartment / SOHO / Commercial Building in BSD Area.
    • Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities.
    • Build strong network to ensure sales performance.
    • Maintain existing accounts and establishes new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvassing if necessary.
    • Doing the call the market the product and services available to the customer.
    • Establishing corporate clients’ database by presenting company profiles to corporate contacts.
    • Achieve target sets by the company.


    Job Requirements :

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
    • Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Executive in Apartment / Commercial building is more preferred.
    • Must have excellent knowledge of property industry.
    • Target oriented and attractive personality.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
