Job Descriptions:

• Monitor the schedule and implementation of infrastructure and civil works for building construction projects, and supervise the quality of the standards that have been set.
• Monitoring work progress and providing data if any problems arise and making related suggestions.
• Prepare or checking the approval of the proposed materials before implementation and ensure the materials used comply with the specified specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of work of vendors/applicators/contractors/subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collect materials and prepare weekly reports regarding the progress of infrastructure activities and building civil works for construction work projects.
  

Job Qualifications:

• Conduct regular Technical Equipment Evaluation (TEEV) of building facilities system (MVAC, Transportation, Power, FDAS, Firefighting, Plumbing, Electronic) on business unit.
  
• Conduct regular a General Walk Through (GWT) for all business units.
• Provide technical suggestions regarding field inspection findings.
• Assist the business unit team in monitoring building facilities equipment system testing in the building based on needs.
• Provide technical assistance to business units if any issues/problem occurs.
• Assist with the tender planning process, technical evaluation of tenders and tender documents if required by business units.
• Provide technical advice/review when creating contract documents if necessary.
• Ensure that the annual maintenance program is carried out by the business unit.
• Monitor outsourcing staff’s performance meet with the required standard.
• Provide training or coaching to business unit teams.
• Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOP) regarding operations and safety.
