B2B & Community Senior Specialist - BSD

Job Descriptions:
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic B2B partnership and community plans to support business growth and lead generation.
  • Identify and secure high-impact collaborations with relevant communities, associations, institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle: from prospecting, proposal, negotiation, onboarding, campaign execution up to evaluation for improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, brand, digital marketing, events) to integrate partnership initiatives into broader campaigns and programs.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership and community programs, ensuring clear KPIs and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven result driven experience in community engagement, B2B partnerships, or business development.

QS & Cost Control Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Make accurate Cost Budget (RAB) calculations including calculating estimated amounts materials and services required in accordance with approved cost calculation standards.
  • Make accurate calculations regarding the amount of materials and costs associated with construction.
  • Collect and check all tender documents and contract administration.
  • Prepare cost documents from planning consultants for verification before sending to BPJT (Regulatory BodyToll road).
  • Accompany planning consultants when coordinating with BPJT to ensure all aspects of planning and technical in accordance with management direction.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in the field of Quantiry Surveyor or Cost Control.
  • Ability to operate a computer (Microsoft Office and Autocad).
  • QS Computer Application.
  • Ability to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings.

Demand Management Specialist - BSD

Job Descriptions:
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their IT needs and translate these into project demands.
  • Assess and prioritize incoming project demands based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a demand management framework to ensure consistent evaluation and prioritization of projects.
  • Facilitate regular demand planning meetings with key stakeholders to review and prioritize project requests.
  • Monitor and report on the status of demands and projects in the pipeline.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between IT and business stakeholders for project demand and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within demand management and the PMO.

Job Qualifications:
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in IT project management, demand management, or a related role.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience in Enterprise Technology for Property and Infra structure will be advantages.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex project portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, demand management frameworks, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, DevOps JIRA, or similar software.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics using computer-aided design software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and design intent.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure alignment with specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain drawing files, records, and documentation
  • Conduct site visits or measurements if required to support drafting accuracy.
  • Assist in updating as-built drawings and maintaining documentation for completed projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
