Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare handover schedule and handover appointment to Customer.
  • Check the unit before handover to customer and serve the customer during handover process.
  • Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on monthly basis.
  • Prepare the handover unit reports on monthly basis.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

Tax Specialist - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Compute and prepare withholding tax worksheet (Art 21,23,4(2) ) and report the Tax Return
  • Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
  • Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
  • Oversee and perform as necessary tax compliance activities for individuals and businesses
  • Control and monitor all tax daily operation, including all kind of tax report to generate
  • Responsible for monthly tax reconciliation with accounting department
  • Daily tax invoice, to provide, checking and ensure tax data are correct
  • Create PPN report and submit a monthly PPN payment
  • Reconcile PPN with Ledger
  • Make the company's annual tax return

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience with similar position.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Knowledge and ability to implement tax regulation.
  • Certified brevet A/B will be advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill.

Market Research Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct research by collecting and updating market data related to macro economy, property and/or new business research by using defined research methodology (primary and secondary sources)
  • Update and maintain database from external & internal sources (from SBU)

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Management or Real Estate
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in market research
  • Ability to gather data from internal and external sources and do quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Strong research, logical and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and effectively communicate macroeconomic and data using statistical tools/excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient communication in English (written & verbal)
  • Self-driven and enthusiast about data and analysis
  • Ability to work well with colleagues across different functions, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City
